Christmas Eve Services near Concord NH in 2025 (details for 5 churches)

By Cheryl Mortimer By Cheryl Mortimer

Will you be in the Greater Concord, NH area this Christmas and looking for an inspirational way to reflect on the holiday's true meaning?  Are you considering attending a Christmas Eve church service?  Is church not a regular part of your life and you're not sure how to find a place to go?  Would you like an inside view of nearby options and what to expect?  This article will provide you with a list of local congregations that celebrate Jesus Christ, as well as dates and times, and a brief description of what they are like.

We want to help you find the right fit.  Rest assured that even if church has not really been your thing in the past, there is a place for you.  We care about all people, whether or not they attend Grace Capital Church.  Because our pastors stay in regular contact with many New Hampshire pastors, we are pretty well equipped to help you find a place where you can experience the blessing of reflecting on the powerful significance of Christ's birth.  [We warmly invite you to join us for a special celebration of our Savior.  At the end of this article, you will find a list of our service times as well.]

Before jumping into the list, it's important to mention that not all churches will provide a message centered on the real spirit of Christmas - which is that Jesus came to save us.  To help you find one that will, familiarize yourself with the core beliefs that all biblical churches share.  Choosing a congregation that is biblically grounded will strengthen your inner connection with the holiday's life-changing purpose - to bring salvation from sin and reconciliation with God.

There are other biblical churches nearby but for ease of use, I am including just a handful in this article.  If you are considering a place not listed, I encourage you to read the beliefs posted on their website to determine if they are aligned with Scripture.  Here are the core beliefs to look for:

Essential Beliefs all Biblical Churches Share
  • There is only One God and He is three-in-one: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • We are  saved by grace, not works, only through the death (for the penalty for our sins) and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
  • The Bible is the inspired Word of God.

Where to go from here

Attending a Christmas Eve Service is a special way to add meaning to your holiday.  Sometimes, people feel a little uncomfortable walking into an unfamiliar church.  If that is you, discomfort can be eased by watching clips from the services (available on many church websites) of any congregation you are considering.

We have provided information about several churches in addition to ours because we understand that different people are looking for different things, whether that be service times, location, special features, or something else.  We believe part of our role is to work together with other churches to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with all people so everyone can receive reconciliation with God and enjoy a personal relationship with Him.

We would love for you to join us this Christmas if our service times work for you!  All are welcome!

Reach out to us if you have questions or need prayer and encouragement.
