Reach4Hope is a faith-based non-profit organization that reaches out to the homeless and need in the Concord area. Their focus is to meet the physical and spiritual needs of those on the street. Reach4Hope was founded by a GCC member and their board includes several GCC members.
Pembroke and Allenstown Interfaith Food Pantry -
The Interfaith Food Pantry provides food for those in our community who are in need. The pantry is located in downtown Suncook and is open every Wednesday from 1:00 until 3:00 pm and on the third Saturday of the month from 9:00 until 11:00 am.

The Care Net Pregnancy Center of Greater Concord has been providing compassionate care to the women and families of Concord area for 25 years. Care Net strives to share the Gospel and love of our Lord Jesus Christ with every woman facing an unplanned pregnancy. Care Net provides women with alternatives to abortion, parenting classes, education, and material assistance. Care Net also helps men become good dads through its fatherhood program. Care Net is an evangelical Christ-centered nonprofit organization.

They begin in lock-up, offering opportunities for kids to hear and respond to the Gospel and discover new ways of thinking and living. They continue through reentry, providing structure and support to help them through the critical transition into their communities and develop the skills and character that will see them through each step of their journey of faith.
